Connections Sponsorship
These exclusive Sponsorship opportunities are limited to a maximum of 3 applicants and is reserved on a first-come, first-served basis. (See Terms below)
Conference Connections
The WISPCON III Conference Event Connection Sponsors will provide the wireless (802.11b Wi-Fi) Access Point providing all the attendees wireless access to the internet. Everyone wishing to use the FREE wireless internet connection at WISPCON III will know your companies name (since they will have to connect to YOUR Access Point).These Sponsors are responsible for creating, producing and delivering the items necessary (802.11b, Wi-Fi Access Point) for the connection.
WISPCON III Backhaul Sponsor
WISPCON IIIs Backhaul sponsor is responsible for providing the bandwidth to the hotel. The hotel does have internet connectivity. However, their internet access can not handle to huge amount of bandwidth needed to support WISPCON III and it's attendees.
WISPCON III Access Point Sponsor
WISPCON IIIs Access Point sponsor is responsible for providing enough access points throughout the hotel to ensure maximum internet connectivity availability to the exhibit hall and surrounding areas of the conference. It would be a plus to ensure access to all hotel guest rooms. The hotel does have wireless access on each floor of the guest rooms. However, unless something has changed since last WISPCON III, connectivity is shaky at best.
WISPCON III Hotspot Sponsor
WISPCON IIIs Hotspot Sponsor is responsible for providing the backend accounting mechanism to provide instant access to the internet through a one-time login procedure via a redirected web page as soon as the potential user clicks his/her favorite web browser. The redirected web page will provide as a minimum, a WISPCON III logo, along with the logos and hyperlinks for all three WISPCON III connection sponsors.
WISPCON III Website Advertising
WISPCON III Connections Sponsor logo will appear on numerous pages with company links. Thousand of industry professionals are expected to visit the seminar website.
WISPCON III Handbook Advertising
WISPCON III Connections Sponsor logo will be featured in handbook sponsor pages Every participant of the conference will be taking home with them your company information.
Important Dates and Costs
Application and Payment prior to February 1st = $750.00.
Application and Payment prior to March 1st = $1000.00.
Application and Payment after March 1st = $1500.00.

Terms:
1. Sponsors equipment must be 802.11b (Wi-Fi compatible)
2. Sufficient Access Points must be available to cover the entire exhibit area as well as all session rooms. We recommend a minimum of three APs
3. Sponsor must complete the installation of all APs no later than March 8th, 2003
