First, WISPCON assists attendees by having a pre-check in opportunity by issuing name badges, and seminar handbooks the evening before the conference begins and refreshments are usually provided to kick off the event. The second, feature of this sponsorship provides the following:

The Reception Sponsor will be able to distribute promotional materials throughout the reception period (no pens, notepads, or lanyards). We will provide a WISPCON Banner with the Reception Sponsor's logo. An Additional banner or sign in the reception room can be provided by Sponsor as space permits.

Table-top Area right next to the registration booth The table-top area includes floor space and a 3x6 foot display table. 

This Sponsorship opportunity is available to exhibitors, WISPS, manufacturers, resellers non-exhibiting companies and just about anyone. This Sponsorship includes a lot of bang for the buck. Companies securing a private room for WISPCON can provide training and sales presentations; investor and analyst meetings; vendor introductions; hospitality suite; host team building exercises; discuss business strategies; customer evaluation of products; or simply as your on-site WISPCON V headquarters. 

The Reception Sponsor incurs all charges for changes, additions or substitutions to the complimentary booth package. The Reception Sponsor is responsible for all booth decoration, personnel, electric, shipping, computer, telephone and other requirements. Floor Exhibit Space is made available on a first come, first served basis and no assurances or guarantees for specific space can be given.

Reception Sponsor's logo will appear on the agenda page of the WISPCON Web Site, with link to company web site. Thousands of Internet industry professionals are expected to visit the seminar Web Site.

Reception Sponsor will receive one complimentary registration pass to the WISPCON for use by its personnel and may not be transferred or re-sold in any manner.
