For
those of you that were at any previous WISPCONs, you
know what it was like. There was little time to gather
your thoughts. The attendees were not your normal
conference goers. The questions they asked were
technical in nature.
The
exposure your company has at WISPCON may be the
most valuable your company has for the next year. You
can maximize this exposure even more by providing
personalized product and company information in your
own environment (on your own turf) Private Rooms are
available for all three days for an additional $250.00
per day. (THAT'S CHEAP). Although you may use your
private room for whatever you wish, we recommend you
establish a touchy-feely atmosphere. Provide a demo
unit and allow the attendees to simply play with your
equipment or software. All you have to do is stand
back and answer their question. This was highly
recommended by almost all attendees at previous
WISPCONs.
The
Exhibitor incurs all charges for changes, additions or
substitutions to the complimentary booth package. The
Exhibitor is responsible for all booth decoration,
personnel, shipping, computer, telephone and other
requirements. Floor Exhibit Space is made available on
a first come, first served basis and no assurances or
guarantees for specific space can be given.
