The following policies and procedures must be followed to
ensure proper registration.

All Coupon Holders
|
- Must be WISPs, or WISP Start-Ups
- Must register attendance online NO LATER THAN THE START
OF THE "DOOR REGISTRATION PERIOD."
- Coupons will NOT be accepted at the door.
- Exhibitors are issued FREE Attendance Coupons upon
COMPLETION of their registration.
- Exhibitors will be provided an unlimited number of
"$100 Off" discount coupons upon completed
registration.
- FREE PASSes can not be used once a person is already
registered.
- Holder of the FREE PASS must register and stay at the
conference hotel. Exceptions are made for those living
within a 50 mile radius of the conference

- Holder must register attendance online NO LATER THAN
THE START OF THE "DOOR REGISTRATION PERIOD."
- When Registering online, holder MUST enter in the
"Special Instructions/Remarks" box the name of the
vendor which provided the discount coupon.
- Discount Coupons can not be used for Exhibit Hall Only
passes.
- Holder of the Discount Coupon can NOT already be
registered.

- Holder must register attendance online NO LATER THAN
THE START OF THE "DOOR REGISTRATION PERIOD."
- When Registering online, holder MUST select PO
(Purchase Order) for the payment option.
- On the following page, you will be asked to enter a Purchase
Order Number. Enter the FREE PASS CODE NUMBER printed on the FREE PASS coupon.
- Holder of the FREE PASS Coupon can NOT already be
registered.

| Vendor Discount Coupons - Buy Two Get One

- Holder must register attendance online NO LATER THAN
THE START OF THE "DOOR REGISTRATION PERIOD."
- When Registering online, holder MUST enter in the
"Special Instructions/Remarks" box the name of the
vendor which provided the discount coupon.
- Discount Coupons can not be used for Exhibit Hall Only
passes.
- Holder of the Discount Coupon can NOT already be
registered.
- To use this coupon, the registrant MUST provide the
names of all three attendees at time of registration.
- This coupon can not be used with any other coupons.

| Restrictions - FREE PASSES |
- Can NOT be used by employees of the Exhibitor.
- Can NOT be used by "Other" Exhibitor
Representatives (other companies the Exhibitor may resell
for).

| Examples/FAQs |
- If you hold off registering in hopes of getting a free
pass and the pass isn't provided, you could end up paying
more for your registration as it may put you into a higher
priced registration category.
- If you are already registered and then you come across a
FREE PASS, you can NOT cancel your previous registration to
take advantage of the FREE PASS.
