The following policies and procedures must be followed to ensure proper registration.

Cancellation Policies and Procedures: - The following information is available for those that need to cancel or make changes to their registrations. 

 

Policies - 

 

If you must cancel for any reason, we must receive written notice of cancellation.

Phone cancellations will not be honored.

Cancellations received prior to 30 days of scheduled event will receive a refund minus a $50.00 processing fee for each registrant.

Cancellations received within 30 days of scheduled event are non-refundable.

 

Procedures: -

 

If you must cancel for any reason, we must receive written notice of cancellation.

You may submit your cancellation either via email or snail mail, but either way, we must receive your cancellation notice by the deadlines established above in order to qualify for the appropriate refund (if any).

You may submit you cancellation request to PART-15.ORG, P.O. Box 157, North Aurora, IL 60542

 

PART-15.ORG and or its agents retain the right to refuse admittance to any person or persons deemed inadmissible to WISPCON.
