Why be an Exhibitor at WISPCON?
WISPCONs bring you the purchaser and the user of your equipment or service. They are not the typical executive that will simply take one of your brochures and give it to their IT department when they return to their office. These are the people with checkbooks in-hand and are also the ones who actually configure and deploy your product lines.

For those of you that were at any previous WISPCONs, you know what it was like. There was little time to gather your thoughts. The attendees were not your normal conference goers. The questions they asked were technical in nature.

The exposure your company has at WISPCON may be the most valuable your company has for the next year. You can maximize this exposure even more by providing personalized product and company information in your own environment (on your own turf) Private Rooms are available for all three days for an additional $250.00 per day. (THAT'S CHEAP). Although you may use your private room for whatever you wish, we recommend you establish a touchy-feely atmosphere. Provide a demo unit and allow the attendees to simply play with your equipment or software. All you have to do is stand back and answer their question. This was highly recommended by almost all attendees at previous WISPCONs.

The Exhibitor incurs all charges for changes, additions or substitutions to the complimentary booth package. The Exhibitor is responsible for all booth decoration, personnel, shipping, computer, telephone and other requirements. Floor Exhibit Space is made available on a first come, first served basis and no assurances or guarantees for specific space can be given.

WISPCON takes care of our sponsors! Exhibitors will have priority status for the many speaking opportunities available during this three day event.

Booth Sharing is Prohibited - Booth personnel may be requested to provide appropriate employee identification.

We at P15 do not feel Booth Sharing is fair to anyone and therefore restrict the sponsors "Booth Workers" to actual employees of the exhibitor. This means that if you are a reseller, ONLY your company employees can work your booth. If a manufacturer that you represent wants to assist you during exhibit hall hours, they will have to obtain some form of pass that will allow them entrance to the Exhibit Hall.
