Wednesday, October 27th Pre- Conference - FCC Chairman Michael K. Powell to provide Opening Keynote Address. In addition to the Chairman's keynote, FCC's Robert Pepper and Julie Knapp will be hosting a Town Meeting Style Open Forum.
