Configuration - MRTG, RRDTool+Cricket ConfigurationMRTG and RRDTool+Cricket tutorial - This a tutorial session covering installation and configuration of popular open-source graphing packages, both the classic MRTG package as well as the next-generation monitoring tool from the MRTG author, RRDTool. Attendees will learn how to setup and use these software packages to provide web-based graphs of everything from bandwidth and signal-to-noise ratio to temperature and disk usage. Technical - Spectrum Leasing - You Can Afford It - We are the leading spectrum leasing company in the U.S. and probably 80-90% of our customers are WISPs. Our session would be an educational session on the spectrum leasing rules put into effect last year by the FCC and updated just this month. We would discuss the types of leases that are allowed, the general process required, and a snapshot of the marketplace. I have done this session at a couple conferences. It was warmly received and I think would be very well received by the WISP community

Administrative - Investment Money - Should You Accept it? - As a small but growing WISP, funds may be tight. You could be thinking "Umm if I only had the money, I could???" This session will cover many of the various topics to consider when approached by an investor. e.g. how much of the business are you willing to give in exchange for some capital to help expand your company, what involvement (other than handing you a check) will the investor want in the day-to-day operations of your business, what happens if things fall apart. These and much more will be explained to provide the WISP a better understanding of both sides of the table.

Technical - MTU FundamentalsFundamentals of Hotel and MTU WiFi Deployments - This seminar covers the basic equipment, design considerations, and installation methodology to deploy a public access network in a large building like a Hotel, Apartment, or Office Building.  The expected audience is system integrators and WISPs looking to expand into Public Access WiFi or who have done a few sites already.  We will talk about a range of real world installations, so there may be some tricks and treats for experienced integrators as well.
