The
Fall WISPCON is being held (mostly due to overwhelming
demand) in Las Vegas, Nevada at the Palace
Station Hotel and Casino.

Exhibit
Hall - What are the hours the Exhibit Hall will be open?
Base
mostly upon the requests of previous WISPCON Exhibitors,
WISPCON VI will be the first WISPCON to have a changed Exhibit Hall time. All the other WISPCONs have had their
Exhibit Hall Hours from 8:00am to 6:00pm. However, starting
with WISPCON VI, and at the request of previous exhibitors,
the Exhibit Hall Hours will be 11:00am to 1:00pm AND 3:00pm
to 6:00pm on Thursday (Oct 28) and 10:00am to 3:00pm on
Friday (Oct 29).
Future
WISPCON Exhibit Hall Hours will be based in part on the
feedback from WISPCON VI Exhibitors AND Attendees.
When
can we set up our booth?
Exhibitors
can begin to set up their booths during the evening hours of the
Pre-Conference Activities from 6:00pm to 9:00pm (Wednesday, Oct
27) and again from
7:00am to 10:00am on the first and second day of the conference.

When
can we begin to tear down our booth?
Exhibitors
MUST NOT begin breaking down their booths earlier than

do I select my Booth?
During
your online registration process, there is a remarks/special
instructions block that you may enter (in the order of
preference) your booth assignment requests. You should first
check the availability of the booth by going here
and checking.
How
can my company obtain a speaking slot on the agenda?
Exhibitors
can request speaking time by first reading the Terms
and Conditions and then by completing the online request
form located here.
How
can my company provide Pre-Conference Activates?
If
your company would like to provide Pre-Conference

many FREE PASSES do I get as a Sponsor?
As
a Sponsor, you will receive five (5) WISPCON VI FREE PASSES to
hand out to your favorite customers. These FREE PASSES are
good for FREE Admission to ALL WISPCON VI Activities.

EFFECTIVE
27 September 2004 - Because of all the high ranking
government officials coming P15 has decided to offer
exhibitors an additional five (5) free coupons.

Can
my booth personnel attend some or all of the training sessions?
YES... For the first time, WISPCON Exhibitors
can now attend any and all training sessions at no additional
charge. This is one of the major reasons we've changed the
Exhibit Hall hours.
How
many company personnel can I send?
Each exhibitor can send up to two (2) personnel
(per booth) to man their booth(s). We have limited the Exhibit
Hall hours this time to allow your booth personnel to attend
some of the training sessions. If you need to send more
personnel, please contact
me.
