Task Force Review - Lauren Van Wazer, Head of the FCC Wireless Broadband Taskforce, FCC,  will provide an overview on the FCC's Wireless Broadband Task Force.

Problems and solutions will be covered. These four stooges have more going for them than just the infamous Limo-Ride. Like every single one of us WISPs, we've all made mistakes and some of those were costly ones. This panel will concentrate on mistakes most WISPs make and the solutions found to fix them . Panelists:  - Larry Yunker, Rick Kunze, Stuart Pierce and Jeremy Kinsey (Larry, Moe and Curly (and Jer))


Technical - 
Video-On-Demand and Wireless - Learn what you can and can't do when putting video on your wireless links. Speaker:  - Richard Ho, Inscape


Specialized - Spectrum Analyzer Fundamentals - License Exempt means some level of interference should be expected. Determining how much, where it is coming from and what is needed to overcome it is a major source of frustration within the License exempt WISP community. This panel will discuss the issues currently faced by License Exempt regulators and regulatory affairs opinion leaders ~ including license exempt issues, frequency allocations and interference concerns. This is every WISPs dream come true. This session will be a short presentation from the staff at the FCC's Certification Labs and then the speakers will open it up for the hundreds of different questions we WISPs have. Speaker:  - FCC Julie Knapp, Karen Rackley and Joe Dichoso, Ellen Burton and Rodger Woock, and Jim Schlichting
