digital multimedia content over wireless networks. The

high-speed wireless networks capable of delivering all types of
digital content including data, voice, audio and real-time full
motion DVD quality video. The company’s technology can be
integrated into a wide variety of consumer electronic devices or
reside external to these devices with connections through
standard ports. The technology enables wireless broadband
networking for applications that include; video surveillance,
video/audio distribution, neighborhood and community networking,
broadband Internet services, and medical/distance learning
systems.
In early 1998, MemoryLink's management implemented a strategy
to develop multimedia technologies that would exploit the
the benefits of the 5 GHz radio frequency (RF) spectrum. This
strategy has resulted in successfully developing RF, compression
and transport technologies that support high quality, real-time
transmissions of broadband multimedia in fixed or mobile
applications. The executive team is highly qualified with
substantial expertise in technology development, video
compression technologies, manufacturing and wireless
communications. MemoryLink has attracted over $15 million in
private capital invested primarily in developing the
intellectual property assets/technology and has been issued
patents on its core technology components.
