Douglas A. Hass Executive Vice President/Chief Operations Officer Imagestream

 

Doug Hass was appointed Executive Vice President and Chief Operations Officer of
ImageStream Internet Solutions in February 2001. Mr. Hass handles all
day-to-day business functions and directs ImageStream's corporate training
programs. Mr. Hass served as ImageStream's Vice President of Sales from October
1998 until assuming the day-to-day operations duties. During that time, Mr.
Hass successfully led the management of ImageStream's Linux-based router line,
transforming ImageStream into the largest Linux router and WAN supplier in the
United States.

From January 1996 until just prior to joining ImageStream, Mr. Hass was the Vice
President and COO of South Bend, Indiana-based Skye/net, a start-up Internet
service provider. During this time, Mr. Hass's marketing and operations vision
spurred Skye/net's growth, and transformed the company into the largest ISP in
northern Indiana. Skye/net was sold in 1998 to a venture-backed firm and was
larger than the combined total customers of the 33 ISPs competing in Skye/net's
markets.

From 1993 until late 1995, Mr. Hass served as a Sergeant in the United States
Army. During his service, Mr. Hass served as a Master Fitness Trainer, and as a
member of his battalion information systems staff. Today, Mr. Hass continues to
serve his community as an officer in the Starke County Sheriff's Department and
as a member of the Starke County Public Library Board of Trustees.

An avid horseman and outdoorsman, Mr. Hass rode professional rodeo for five
years until slowed by injuries, and is the founder of Roughstock.com, an
award-winning country music Web site. Mr. Hass completed his undergraduate work
in Secondary Education, American History and Economics at Indiana University.
