WISPCON III offers a lot of pre-conference activities .

To attend a pre-show event, you must be registered for WISPCON III

 

MikroTik - Topics include hotspots; bandwidth management; features and applications of Mikrotiks Routerboard200(tm) and brand new production units. 

Located in the Windsor Room from 1pm to 5pm


WaveRider - Rod Cronin of WaveRider Communications Inc. will lead the participants through a hands-on, informative session on how to configure WaveRider's world leading non-line-of-sight wireless systems. Rod will also guide attendees through the process of planning and deploying a NLOS wireless system.  

Located in the Westmont Room from 8am to 5pm

 

Imagestream - Tips, tricks and configuration the ImageStream Routers. This session is an in-depth look and hands on training for the abundance of key features available with the ImageStream product lines. 

Located in the Windsor Room from 8am to 12pm


smartBridges - Come and attend this informative class and learn the latest in building cost effective carrier-class, easy-to-deploy and easy-to-maintain Wi-Fi networks. Also learn about how the 802.11x technology works and how smartBridges products are being deployed in different applications around the world in residential internet, homeland security, backhaul links and hotspots.  Please register by sending an email to workshop@smartbridges.com

Located in the Kensington Room from 8am to 12pm

 

Times Microwave - This half day session comes complete with hands on training and includes practical installation and testing of cable connectors. Proper stripping and installation of cable connectors is crucial to receive the best wireless link possible and this session is where you learn "the how to's".

Redline Communications - Redline's Sr. Field Engineer Alf Malan will present an overview of the Redline AN-50 product. You will get the details you need to plan for a high speed backhaul link, configure and install the product. We'll also cover link budgets, installation tips, antennas, range and capacities.

 

There is no cost to attend however you must be registered for WISPCON III. Space is limited in this pre-conference session so you must register for this session separately, by sending an email to lcooke@redlinecommunications.com and tell us your name, email, company and how many people will be attending. .

Sunday Evening Registration Activities - As always, PART-15.ORG and WISPCON III staff will be available for Sunday evening conference check in.  From 6pm to 9pm and located in the Pavilion.
