WISPCON Accommodations     

WISPCON II - Oak Brook Hills Resort in Oak Brook Illinois.

We have finalized the venue. WISPCON II will be held at the Oak Brook Hills Resort http://www.dolce.com/oakbrook/oak_brook_hills.html. DO NOT TRY TO MAKE YOUR RESERVATIONS ON THEIR WEBSITE. To get the WISPCON discount room rates, you MUST call them with your reservation needs.

Sleeping - (Yea, right)  BOOK YOUR ROOMS ASAP   The hotel has about 400 rooms for us and they are filling up fast.

Our staff has managed to get the normal $189 room charges down to $99 per day. PART-15.ORG members can also expect an additional savings which brings their room rates down to $89 per day. This is fantastic news as these rooms are very elegant and truly worth the $189 fee.

Air Travel - WISPCON will again be using United Airlines as the "Official Airline". For an even greater savings, book your reservations at least 21 days in advance.

When you call United's reservations desk, make sure you provide them the WISPCON Conference Code "593SX". If you call within 10 days (I think), you should get 10% off of their lowest fares. To make your United Airlines Reservations, call 1.800.521.4041

Ground Transportation - There are many ways to get around the area. Car rental at both the airports (O'Hare and Midway) are plentiful. The official Limousine service is Diamante Limousine. They are providing a really great service AND a reduced rate for WISPCON II attendees. To make a reservation call toll free 1-877-503-0642. The rates below may not apply if you do not make a reservation prior to Sept 15th.

They are providing the following discounts for WISPCON:

 0-6 people = $60 per car

7-8 people = $80 per car

9-10 people = $100 per car

Ground Transportation, Car Rental - We've struck some deals with Avis Rental Car to make WISPCON II even more affordable. To make your reservations you can call AVIS directly at 1-800-331-1600. To get the discounted rates, you MUST inform them of the J992179 Event Code. 

Eating - The Oak Brook Hills Resort has lots to offer for your eating enjoyment and it is also not far from hundreds of other eating locations. But have no fear, we have already booked the entire restaurant for the famous WISPCON II EAT-A-THON at Al's Charhouse. 

Arrival - As with all WISPCONs you may arrive the night before and receive your conference materials and pickup your name badge. PART-15.ORG staff and WISPCON volunteers will be available at the Oak Brook Hills Resort, Sunday evening from 6 p.m. until 9 p.m. and anyone wishing to pickup their WISPCON handbook, name badge, and chat with other WISPers can also enjoy a complimentary drink (Marlon, this means ONLY ONE) sponsored by WISPCON.
