The following policies and procedures must be followed to ensure proper registration.

 

Cancellation Policies and Procedures: - The following information is available for those that need to cancel or make changes to their registrations. 

 

Policies - 

 

If you must cancel for any reason, we must receive written notice of cancellation.

Phone cancellations will not be honored.

Cancellations received prior to May 1st, 2005 will receive a full refund minus a $50.00 processing fee for each registrant.

Cancellations received after May 1st, 2004 are non-refundable.

 

Procedures: -

 

If you must cancel for any reason, we must receive written notice of cancellation.

You may submit your cancellation either via email or snail mail, but either way, we must receive your cancellation notice by the deadlines established above in order to qualify for the appropriate refund (if any).
