Sleeping - (Yea, right)  The hotel has about 900 rooms for use so there should be no problem getting a room. However, the conference is packed with lots of important sessions during the day and also many evening events and networking with other WISPs, so don't plan on getting too much sleep.

Our staff has managed to get the normal £125  room charges down to £75  per day. PART-15.ORG members can also expect an additional savings which brings their room rates down to £65 per day. This is fantastic news as these rooms are very elegant and truly worth the normal fee.

Air Travel - WISPCON-EURO will be using American Airlines as the "Official Airline". For an even greater savings, book your reservations at least 21 days in advance. When you call American's reservations desk at 800-433-1790, make sure you provide them the WISPCON-EURO Conference Code "3283AZ".  

This is cool - Tickets are transferable for those last minute changes for a simple $100 fee. Most airlines don't allow transfers of any kind nowadays so this is just one of the many reasons we selected American Airlines as the official airline.

Both U.K. airports (Heathrow and Gatwick) are served and you can fly into one and out of the other if you like.

Official WISPCON-EURO travel dates are: August 20th to September 4th. So book your flights for anytime in-between those dates for the best savings.

Ground Transportation - There are plenty of ways to get to the hotel from the airports. Trains, car rental, taxis, and buses. We are currently working on providing private bus transportation to and from the airport and the conference. More information will be posted once available.

Ground Transportation, Car Rental - We've struck some deals with international car rental agencies and additional information will be available soon.

Eating - The venue and local area have lots to offer for your eating enjoyment 

Arrival - As with all WISPCONs you may arrive the evening of August 26th and receive your conference materials and pickup your name badge. PART-15.ORG staff and WISPCON-EURO volunteers will be available at the WISPCON-EURO Registration Center, Tuesday evening from 6 p.m. until 9 p.m. and anyone wishing to pickup their WISPCON-EURO handbook, name badge, and chat with other WISPers can also enjoy a complimentary drink sponsored by WISPCON-EURO.
